Any sub-specialty interests?

I have a sub-specialty interest in IBD. It is an exciting field to be involved in given the rapidly expanding evidence base and the development of new drugs targeting novel cellular pathways. I am particularly interested in how the microbiome is implicated in IBD pathogenesis.

What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I am a gym bunny! Don’t be fooled - I enjoy lifting heavy weights - more than you would expect for my size!
